Echo has Joined the Family! #AdoptEcho #EchoInsiders

"We received an Adopt an Echo and other fun Echo goodies from Fox Home Entertainment Insiders."

Have you watched the movie Earth to Echo yet?  Earth to Echo is a fun family movie that reminds me of a modern day ET.   After receiving signals on their phones a trio of friends meet Echo a energetic alien trying to find his way home.  The little and I very much enjoyed watching the fun antics of Echo and the gang.  That's why I knew he'd be very excited to learn about adopting Echo for our home.

It all began with a surprise in a box. My guy was very excited to see what was inside.  When he opened it he found this guy ... His name Echo.

How does one make Echo part of the family?  Well you include him .  Echo has done errands, been a helper and just hung out with the family.  He's quickly becoming a part of the gang.  Echo loves learning our day to day routines.

Echo's favorite was making ghost class room treats.
5 tips to make Echo feel like part of the family.

  1. Show Him Around
  2. Listen to HIm
  3. Play with him
  4. Rid him bedtime stories.
  5. Tuck him in at night.
After spending some fun time with Echo we also discovered the Call Him Echo App. Available on iOS, watch Echo fly out of any Earth to Echo poster art or the Blu-ray/DVD cover through the power of augmented reality technology. It's a fun app that lets the kids take Echo anywhere they go!  You can engage with Echo as he travels, give him a tap to say "hello", and wave "goodbye" as he flies to his ship.

How it works

1. Download the free app from the App store on any iOS system - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/call-him-echo/id925984709?mt=8

2. Point your device's camera at any Earth to Echo key art
3. Make sure you are in a well-lit room and enjoy Echo zooming around
4. Take a picture with Echo wherever you go on your adventure!

This wonderful journey, “full of adventure, bravery, excitement, and friendship…has something for audiences of all ages” (Claudia Puig, USA Today). The “lively and likable” (Gary Goldstein, Los Angeles Times) tale is told through the eyes of Tuck, Munch and Alex, a trio of pals who make an out-of-this-world discovery. After receiving signals on their phones, they meet Echo, a small, but amazingly energetic, alien trying to make his way back to his home planet. As they race to help their new friend, the boys will discover that little Echo has touched their hearts in unexpected ways and changed their lives forever.

Head on over and enter to win Earth to Echo on Blu-Ray DVD.  Contest closes on November 16, 2014.
