Back to school is around the corner.  This year is not just any other year for my family.  Two of our kids are heading to the University of Florida to begin life on their own.  This is exciting and scary for them I am sure but it also both for this Mom.  I want to make sure they have everything needed to be successful, safe and happy on their own.

I want  Chris to look nice on his first day . I feel it is important to make a good first day impression.  He will need a good shave to do this.  That means a good razor is on our shopping list.  I think we have found one that will more than fit his needs and that one is the Gillette Fusion ProGlide with New FlexBall Technology.  This razor looks like it will give the clean shave mom approves of.

The Gillette Fusion ProGlide with FliexBall Technology is the first razor of its kind.  The new handle design adjusts and pivots  to respond to the contours of a man's face  for fewer missed hairs. Using existing Fusion ProGlide cartridges, the new handle lets the cartridge move in three dimensions for maximum contact. The result is #ShavingRebuilt for an entirely new shave experience. Men who tried the Fusion ProGlide with FlexBall Technology prefer it 2-to-1 over the standard Fusion ProGlide.  And since it uses the same blades as the Fusion ProGlide, it’s a one-time purchase for a 2X better shave. The pivot works well, the Gillette Fusion ProGlide with Flexiball gives a nice clean close shave.

One thing that makes Gillette really stand out as we shop for dorm room supplies is the fact that they also offer a Gillette subscription service. Stocking up when there is limited space can be difficult.  He could just go out and shop,  but you and I both know that will probably not be a priority for him.   Gillette’s blade refill subscription service (available at is a practical, hassle-free option that delivers Gillette’s blades directly to your door, meaning one less thing to think about and leaving college-aged sons no reason to come home looking scraggly. And, Gillette’s best blades are more affordable than you might think—only about $1 a week for most guys.

College kids have enough to think about. With Gillette subscription they can put more time toward “studying.” This Mom likes the idea of more study time! I think that the Gillette Subscription Service sounds pretty Awesome and is a Great price for this family. I think we can check buy razor off of our back to school to do list.
