30 Minute Dinner Hamburger or Sausage Hash #Recipe

If you are looking for a fast and easy crowd pleas er then this meal will make your recipe box.  It takes less than 30 minutes from the  beginning to the table.  It's a versatile recipe you can add goodies in or take them away .  It's a one pot meal which is nice when you are the one cleaning up the kitchen after dinner.

The kids like the addition of cheese.  I like to leave it without the cheese and add a tablespoon of sour cream. Of course I'm outnumbered 3 to 1 so the KIDS get the cheese.

Brown your meat , then strain  off the excess grease. Be careful not to strain all of the grease.  You need a small amount about 2 tablespoons left in the pan.

Place O'Brien potatoes in pan , salt and pepper, put lid on cook for 10 minutes.

Add garlic powder, add tomatoes, cook 10 minutes.

Stir occasionally.  Add cheese.  That's it dinner is ready.  You can serve it over rice if you'd like or just like it is.  I like to serve it with big hot yeast rolls and a side salad.
