DIY Patio Chair Project

We moved recently.  You know when you move you toss out a lot of stuff.  That I certainly did do it is amazing how much junk you can accumulate in one house over the years.   I have had these old metal patio chairs on my porch forever.  Well it seems like forever.  When we moved I debated on just getting rid of them .  They had definitely had better days.

Instead we saved them . They really are great chairs after all. They have just had better days in the looks department.  A do it yourself project they became.   We took these old patio chairs and repainted them.

Now that you see what I'm talking about being rough.  Check out what happens after they are painted with Rust-Oleum 249124 Painter's Touch Multi-Purpose Spray Paint, Gloss Apple Red, 12-Ounce .  This is a spray paint and y'all know how that works.  Goes on easily don't recommend doing it on a windy day though.

I love the glossy red color. So glad we didn't get rid of them.  What do you think? Do you have a project you've been thinking about repainting?
