I highly encourage you read to the first book of this series Enlightened before picking up this one. However, once you do please do read it. Melissa Lummis has written another magical story. IN Samskaras you are right back with Loti and Wolf and Modore is still creating trouble for them. One of the things I love about these books is the wild array of paranormal characters you have. There are vampires, witches, healers, light walkers and many more. Every one of them add something to this creative plot and create a little bit more detail. The many twist and turns in this plot leave you agonizing when the characters are in pain, sad when there is loss and happy when fate throws a curve ball that will leave your jaw hanging. Nope not going to tell you what that is but will say I can't wait for the next book to come out. Definitely and ending that leaves you excited for the next book.I recommend to any paranormal fans out there. A fun and entertaining story with characters you'll grow to love! Thanks Melissa Lummis!
