You can tour the many exhibits and learn all about the different kinds of baseball bats and what they are made of . One of the things my boys enjoyed seeing was the section for pro players. Each player has a cubby like section that holds the billets that will later make their bats. Each player can have a customized bat. It goes through a computerized system that puts in unique specifications for that players bat. My boys thought that was pretty cool. ( Us girls were not as into it sorry)
At the end of the tour everyone receives a cute mini bat for a souvenir. Of course for my boys a mini bat just would not do we had to buy a bat while there. I mean how many times will we be in Kentucky at the Louisville Slugger Museum right?
