January 2013 Menu #MealPlanMonday

Menu, meal planning


Hey y'all hope everyone is off to a great start to 2013.  Our family has definitely enjoyed the holidays. With the return of routines , work and school it is  time to meal plan and restock our freezer. So, stay tuned for yummy new recipes and some once a month cooking too. I love having a freezer!

Week 1:

1.  Pot roast/rice/black eye peas
2.  BBQ pork chops/Baked Beans/ Mac and Cheese
3.  BLT's and potatoes O'Brien
4.  Vegetable soup / Bread Machine Bread 
5.  Chili/ Cornbread
6.  Spaghetti/ side salad/garlic bread
7.  Oven fried chicken tenders/ sweet potato fries and fruit salad cups

Week 2: 

8.  Baked Ziti / salad / garlic bread
9.  Sausage Bake / Veggie
10.   Crock Pot BBQ chicken / caramelized onions / Baked potatoes
11.  Fajitas
12.  Breakfast
13.  Crock pot stew over Rice / Good  Bread
14.  Left overs

Week 3:

15.  Cajun Steak / Rice /  rolls
16.  Goulash
17.  Mini Meat Loaf/ rice & tomatoes/corn
18.  Beef Nachos
19.  Ham/ Mac and Cheese/Green beans
20.  Hash brown casserole / Sliced Tomatoes / Green Beans
21.  Pulled Pork / sides / garlic toast

Week 4: 

22.  homemade soup / sub sandwiches
23.  Hamburgers / Chips
24.   Country Style Ribs / Fries
25.  Brunswick Stew / Cornbread
26.  Honey Lime Chicken Tenders / Stir Fry hash  browns
27.  Spaghetti
28.  Crock pot Philly Cheese Steaks / chips

Week 5: 

29.  Homemade Chinese Food
30.  No peek beef tips/egg noodles/broccoli
31.  Omelets
