This week this is what I have been doing to move.
I've totally been slacking on my running goals this month.
Totally looking forward to some power walking on the beach.
Drinking my water pretty well. I'm happy that I'm making progress enough so that
people are starting to notice. Even if I don't feel it , it is always nice when someone else notices.

Natural Tips to help with sleeping:
Take a shot of unsweetened tart cherry juice (can mix with water)
I haven't tried it yet but am going to when I get the juice.
