What did I think?  The story takes place during World War II in a German occupied Paris.  You will find yourself intrigued and mystified as Gabi and Eric work with French Resistance to save an amazing piece of artwork the Mona Lisa.  A little bit of mystery , a little bit of romance entwined with urgency and history will captivate you as you read on.


This book is the sequel to Swiss Courier , which I have not read.  I had no problem following along with the story and characters.   I enjoyed being taken back to a little piece of history while enjoying a great story and would not hesitate to pick up another book from these authors.

Tricia Goyer is the coauthor of The Swiss Courier as well as the author of many other books, including Night Song and Dawn of a Thousand Nights, both past winners of the ACFW's Book of the Year Award for Long Historical Romance.
