Guest Post

I am super excited to share with you a new guest this week.  Meet Jeff  McClure from A touch of Arkansas.   I think you mommies will really enjoy the information from his post.  Be sure to stop by and show him some love  and check out the steps to make this terrific fire truck bed.  Jeff built this himself can you believe that.  C and I have added this to our daddy & papa project   list.  Although, C is way to small for such a big boy bet as of yet we are getting prepared.  I LOVE it!

Here Is What Jeff has to say:
First off, let me thank Amber for the opportunity to do my first guest post!
Amber found my Blog,, after I posted the Fire Truck Bed I just completed for my son a few weeks ago.
A little back story on how I progressed to build this bed.  Almost a year ago a friend of ours, Cara Wilkerson at (check her out, she does GREAT stuff on there) posted about Ana White and her Knock Off Wood site,  I was instantly HOOKED!  If you are unfamiliar with Ana White, she is a wife & mother who lives in Alaska and shows you how to build furniture and crafts step-by-step.  How she finds the time to do all of this is beyond me, but she does.  Everything you see on my Blog would not have happened without finding her site.
For my first project I decided to try and build something easy to see if I could do it and started with a simple outdoor bench.  Once I completed it and it was successful, I was hooked.  Since that first project, I have built a number of furniture pieces for family and several picnic tables.  Just like anything else, the more you do it, the easier and more confident you get in your abilities.
That led to the Fire Truck Bed.  Ana has a plan on her site for a Play House Loft bed.  The first time I saw it, I thought I could modify it to make into something that resembled a fire truck.  After some Google image searching, I found a truck that looked like it would work.  From there I sketched out some ideas and using Ana’s plans for the most part, started on the bed.
It took a couple months to build since I was working on it after work and on the weekends, when the weather cooperated.  Someone made the comment to me that it would have taken them forever, I said if you had a 4 year old asking you if it was done every day, it wouldn’t!  He was so excited for me to get it done since we had been talking about it for a few months before I even started.
Now I am onto some smaller stuff to give myself a break.  I am very pleased with how it turned out and very appreciative of the comments I have received.  If you have a chance, go on over and check out and see all the pictures.  I broke down the building process into different posts for those that are interested can see start to finish.
Amber, thanks again for the guest post and keep up the good work on your site!
Jeff McClure

A Little of This and a Little of That

I am so excited to share a new guest poster with you guys tomorrow so stay tuned.  You'll love it.  If your interested in doing a guest post send me an email I'd love to hear your ideas.

What have I been up today.  That much dreaded yard sale and it was a total bust.  I am bummed.  Usually, I have a lot of luck today I made $50 and spent $54 feeding the family dinner because I didn't cook after the yard sale. Ha.  Maybe, tomorrow will be better.  One can hope.  Regardless this mama will not be bringing the stuff back or storing it.  Goodwill may be getting some goodies.  I'm tired of the stack.  Not to mention once I started taking it out C wanted to keep everything he had outgrown or gotten rid of.  Who knew a 2 year old could already want to be a pack rat .  You guys should have seen him trying to squeeze his little foot into last years sandals.

Don't forget to enter out 2 giveaways going on now:
Aerobie Sprint Ring  & Flightless Goose children's book both are very low entries so far.

I am human which makes me complex.  Here are five things about myself that may drive some people crazy.
I don't usually wear any make up.  Should I ? Oh , most definitely.  I just do not take the time to be bothered with it most days.  I am a pony tail girl. Yes, yank it up get it out of the way and be done with it.  I am just not the type to deal with the fuss of my hair.  The laundry can sit piled up all week in need of being folded and it does not hurt my feelings one bit.  I will get to it when I get to it.  I cry during sad movies.  My kids kind of think this is funny.  I yell, not mean nasty yelling.  I just raise my voice sometimes naturally I am just LOUD I guess.

Did you ever date anyone you met online?  Do tell....
I have never dated anyone online, so no story here.

List six reasons why you need him/her?
By him I am guessing we are talking about my dear husband.  I need him to balance my crazy self out.  To calm me in an emergency, or when there is trouble with the kids.  To hold my hand when I am sick or afraid.  To love me unconditionally.  To share parenthood each step of the way.  To just listen to whatever I have to say on any day given . To be mine and only mine.

Being a teenager is difficult.  Write a letter to your 13 year old self.

 Dear self,
Please take note .  One day you will want to be in school and be educated.  Take advantage of the opportunities you now have , it becomes much harder when you have a family to take care of at the same time.  Listen to these words and take them to heart.  Family is always here, friends may come and go.  There will only be a handful of friends that you will hold on to as true friends through out your life.  Boys are not the most important thing.  Take your time, there is no hurry.  Slow down and enjoy your childhood.  Once you are a grown up you can't go back.  Don't do anything now, that you wont want your children to hear about later.

Love your older wiser self.

Toddler Talk Thursdays 4-28

This weeks topic: What is your toddler's bedtime routine?

Our bedtime routine begins with a bath.
Out of the bath we brush our teeth then PJ's.
Then some snuggle time with dad who goes to be early because he gets up at 3am.
Some last minute play time with big brother and big sister whom he has waited to see all day.
Then he gets a book basket and puts several books of his choosing into it.  Mommy will read all that he will let her.  However, he mostly wants mom to read 1 maybe 2 and wants to look at the pictures and  read to himself for a bit.
Then a cup of milk, and maybe maybe not a light snack.
Now Mom will rock little Mister to sleep.

My Suggestion for next weeks topic:  How do you help your toddler learn to share with others?

Heads UP Against Concussion

CDC has come up with a 4 step Heads Up Against Concussion initiative to inform parents, coaches, clinicians and others about the dangers of head trauma and what to do in the case of one.  Personally, I  think that parents really do need to take this type of injury very seriously.  My child received a concussion from a fall at school in the third grade.  The seriousness of the fall was not picked up on right away and he was sent back to class.  Later he was acting out of character and a substitute teacher sent him to find me (I  worked on campus).  I immediately knew something was not right, called my Mom and went to the Emergency room.  After a cat scan it was confirmed he had a concussion.  For my child he was acting sad, and making no sense repeating himself, asking what had happened over and over.  He still has no memory of the accident.  It was very frightening as a Mom to go through.  Had I not gotten him and taken him to the hospital, he may have been more seriously injured by going out and playing football that day had he gotten knocked around some more.  He suffered severe migraine headaches for almost a year after this injury but other than that he was fine, cleared to resume regular activity and be a kid.  Thank goodness.

What is a concussion? " A concussion is a traumatic brain injury caused by a bump, blow or jolt to the head. "CDC.   In the United States brain injuries are a common cause of Emergency Room visits, and can lead to death and disability.    After a concussion or head injury your brain needs time to recover.  It is now vulnerable and more sensitive to re injury which can be really dangerous.

Symptoms of a Concussion:
hard time concentrating
memory loss
fuzzy or blurry vision
sleeping more than usual
feeling slowed down
nausea / vomiting (early on)
balance problems

If your child experiences any of these symptoms after a fall or bump to the head you should have them checked out by a physician.

Kids are so active in sports and extracurricular activities injury can happen.  It is scary as a parent!    The CDC says that an athlete who receives a head injury should not be put back into the game until cleared by a physician.  The 4-step action plan should be put into action.  Make sure your coaches, teachers, and people that are around your child are aware of what should be done in this situation.

4-Step Action Plan
1. Remove the athlete from play
2. Make sure that the child is evaluated by a health care professional experienced in looking for the signs of concussion
3. Inform the child's parents, and give them a sheet on the signs of concussion
4. Keep the child out of play the day of injury, and until a health care professional has cleared them to resume play

"Remember: Don’t Hide it. Report it. Take Time to Recover. It’s Better to Miss One Game than the Whole Season." (CDC)

To learn more about the Heads Up initiatives and to order your own materials, visit

I know no one wants to sit out, miss a game, look wimpy.   But you definitely do not want to be permanently disabled or worse dead by actions that could be avoided.  Take not of this, and God forbid something happen to your child set them out until properly evaluated.

1. Aerobie Sprint Ring ends 5-2
2. Flightless Goose Children's Book ends 5-10

My first car...

My first car was a candy apple red Mustang convertible.  Oh, how I loved that car.  And OH, how I could get in trouble with that car.  My car was a gift from my parents for my 16th Birthday.  Spoiled, yep a little bit.

Now, that I have children my views on teenage driving have definitely changed.  Heck , yes!  I am terrified of turning my daughter lose on the road.  Or giving her her very own wheels.  I will say my daughter is much more grounded and responsible than I ever dreamed of being at her age.  But so much can happen.  Not just at her hands , but at the hands of other drivers.  It is just scary.   Not to mention how much freedom it gives you.  Thank goodness my oldest is only 14 I have a little bit of time left to get use to the idea.
What about your teenagers will you get them a car or will they borrow yours?  How do you feel about them taking to the road?

That mustang  was a sweet ride and I had a lot of good times in it.  A lot more fun than the minivan and SUV I now drive.   What was your first car?

We have 2 giveaways going on now.

The Flightless Goose Review + Giveaway

I recently had the opportunity to review Flightless Goose by Eric D Goodman and Illustrated by Nataliya Goodman.

The thing that I noticed first when the book arrived was the great illustrations.  I really liked each page, and so did C.

We also, received the audio CD and C really enjoyed listening to the story and flipping through the pages.

The story is about a goose named Gilbert who one day is injured and can  no longer fly .  All of the other geese tease and pick on Gilbert because he is different.  When they fly South for the winter Gilbert must stay behind, because he can not fly.  He uses this time to make himself faster and stronger.  He runs and runs.  Then one day the geese return to the pond, and find themselves in trouble.  Gilbert ends up saving the day .

This book has many lessons for little ones to learn.  Tolerance, Self Worth and Friendship to name a few.  Very important lessons to learn today in a society where bullying is such an issue.  I think this book would be an excellent addition to any classroom or home library.  I see the potential for so many open ended discussions and so much learning.

What I  LIKED about the book:

The illustrations
That it is based on a real goose
That it teaches tolerance
Teaches Friendship
Teaches Self Worth
Teaches Determination

You can find out more about the Flightless Goose  at  .  The new Flightless Goose website where you can find activities, Gilbert's story and questions about the story.  You are also able to purchase the book here.

What is your craziest shopping experience?

The craziest shopping experience....
There have been a few.  Black Friday shopping trips getting up at the break of dawn to stand in a mile long line , the pushing the shoving, just to get that perfect toy.  This year I made the hour drive to the nearest Toys R Us  store stood in line for a couple of hours only to decide that everyone was insane and drove back home toyless.  It was okay we still had a wonderful Christmas -without  whatever deal I would have gotten .
Then there is the  shopping trips when you get an insanely great deal.  Let me tell you I'm one of them girls who might jump up and down if the deal is good enough.  I love a great bargain.  I can't wait for the day I get a pile of groceries for nothing.  That's so exciting!!  Of course I have not managed to get that kind of deal as of yet but I am known to find a deal here and there.
How about the shopping trip when your child throws a tantrum and embarasses you.  Or you run into some rude person who is going  to give you unwanted advice on the egg aisle.  Had a few of those to.  Or the one where you lose your husband in the store and walk around it fifty times trying to find him.
My all time most memorable shopping experience was when I was a little girl probably about the third grade.  I went grocery shopping with my grandmother.  Groceries piled high I was pushing the cart into the parking lot when I dumped the entire cart over.  Canned goods rolled under cars and stuff spilled everywhere.  What a mess.  I  looked up at my Granny and she just smiled plopped down beside me and started cracking up laughing.  We both laughed until we cried.
Do tell me, what is your craziest shopping experience?  Can't wait to read your comments.  Until then happy Tuesday.

What is "normal" your home?

The question asked What is "normal" in your home?  In some homes, two parents is the norm, while in others, normal means extended family or one parent. Is a busy, chaotic home normal?

Normal in our home is Mom, Dad, big sister, big brother, and little brother. One happy , sometimes chaotic family of 5.  Why chaotic?  Sometimes, juggling extracurricular activities, 5 active peoples schedules, and just life can get chaotic.  That's why I call it the Whitehead's Zoo.  When we are not running here or there or traveling with a baseball team things are pretty low key.  We enjoy family time.  A visit with the grandparents they are right around the corner and just chilling out watching movies , playing ball in the yard, swimming , games all of the things your typical family enjoys I think.

This was pretty much the norm for me growing up also .  The only difference I would say is that I grew up living right next door to both sets of my grand parents.  Talk about a spoiled little thing.  I have wonderful memories of time with my grandparents.  For our children that is a little bit different.  My husbands parents do not live right next door.  Mine do, so they spend A Lot of time with Nana and Pop Pop.

I can not imagine our 'norm" being anything different.  This is our life and we're happy with it.

Topic from Social Moms Writing Prompt:

Water Play Construction Area & More FUN Projects

Out blog hopping today, and would you look what I found.  This wonderful idea for a water play construction area.  I can not wait to build one for C out in the back play area.  We are going to have so much fun!!

First Stop Sun Hats & Wellie Boots where they use recycled containers, flower pots, bowls, cups and a fence to make a great little water play area.

From here I hopped on to Irresistable Idea for Play Based Learning where they again construct a water wall with recycled containers and fence.

Last stop Let the Children Play where they built their  water wall on a piece of wood.  I really like this idea because it would be portable and we have chain linked fence so I'm not sure how that would work?

So, I really can not wait to make this I'm so excited.

Then I found these cool recylced water bottle suncatchers at the chocolate muffin tree .

From here I ended up at Little Preschool on the Prairie where I found a really neat tube and funnel project.

and Lastly I wanted to mention this really neat recycled pontoon boat over at Green Kid Crafts.

Then one more I promise ya.. I found this one for mommy. A mason Jar Project for the bathroom. Love Love Love and so can't wait to get the stuff to do.  You can find it at Liz Marie.

Car Wash Play

I gave C the water hose , a bucket and sponge and he played and played washing his cars.  It kept him busy and happy for quite a while.  He wanted to wash every car he had.  Plus it kept him cooled off and was a great way to spend a hot afternoon.

Crayola Colored Bubbles

Did the Easter Bunny bring anyone colored bubbles in their baskets?  If so, what did you guys think?

I must say this Mama was kind of disappointed with them.  I'm really surprised, because I usually LOVE my Crayola.  We had the orange colored ones in our basket.

I was iffy on weather I would purchase them to begin with. Why? I had saw some other bloggers saying they stain , so I was not sure I wanted to deal with the mess.  In the end I could not resist though.

They did make a mess everything they landed or popped on they left an orange blob.  Looked like a paintball fight had taken place in the yard.  Poor C had a couple pop on his face and he had a speckled face.  I will give Crayola a thumbs up on the fact that they truely did wash right off.

I thought the coloring was pretty when they popped, but I didnt find them to be as colorful as I thought as bubbles.  If any of you had any other colors were your bubbles vibrant?  Mine you really didnt see much color until they popped and left a blob of orange.

C still had fun with them .  What toddler can resist chasing after bubbles.  Mama was the one complaining.  Looking forward to your thoughts.

A Little of This and a Little of That

Happy Easter

I hope that you are having a great day with your family and friends.  We are doing just that and celebrating the day with family.  I can't wait to see my little man run around and hunt eggs this year and his face when he finds his Easter  basket in a little bit.

What have we been up to this week?  Working around the house and in the yard, and getting some things taken care of.  It's nice to be knocking some things off of that to do list.

We colored eggs as I am sure most of you did.  I would post a picture but I am simply to lazy to get up and find my camera.  It is 1a.m after all.  We did some sensory activities I will post them this week.  Really my  brain must be fried due to it being 1a.m. , because I am drawing a complete blank here.  We have enjoyed the pool every after noon this week.  I am thinking it will not be long and I will have a little water bug on my hands.  The other two have always loved the water but my C. has always been a little bit skiddish of it.  He has seemed to enjoy it all week so we'll see.  It sure is hot so we will be hanging out at the watering hole as much as possible.  Of course we have made bunnies and chicks and all of the standard Easter activities and crafts.  We have colored and played, loved and laughed .  It's been a good week overall.

Exciting stuff happening around here.  Well, I was super excited to have 2 giveaways this week.  The iCaughttheEasterBunny photo(ended) and don't forget the Aerobie Sprint Ring which will end 5/4.  Congratulations again to our 5 winners.  Hope you enjoyed your cute photo.

Giveaways Linky we're linking up at Live from Las Vegas Giveaway Link-up

I leave you with this:  What was your favorite thing the Easter Bunny ever left you or your best Easter day memory?

My mom was never big on Easter, but one of my favorite Easter memories is my first year after we got married.  I went Easter crazy that year and I made my mom a special Easter basket.  She was so surprised and really loved it.  The look on her face when she got her basket was pretty priceless.  As a kid we always got bubbles and kites.  We always had a great time running around the yard and playing on Easter.

Catch you later I'm off to get some zzz's

Happy Easter Again.

PVC Toys #4 Marble Run

Marble Run
I actually mentioned this in March, and have never posted.
We have not gotten around to making the one for home yet either.  Really bummed.  Husband apparently does not think it is as fantastic as I do.  This one was brought to an event I was at by PBS kids.  C. loved it! Please excuse the messy shirt we were hot and had enjoyed an ice cream from a LONG day of FUN.
Each piece has a magnet on the back so you can rearrange it many
different ways! Love that!!

 photo bbc2b04adbaf139aa0f1d1d82e3b81e6.jpg

The board actually broke down into 3 smaller pieces and then all of the pipes, balls fit into one plastic tote container.  Like that.  I of course doubt we will be making ours so large due to space .

If you decide to make one stop by and share the link or send me a picture I'd love to see it.  As soon as we get our project done I will be sure to share.

We have winners for iCaughtTheEasterBunny Giveaway Congratulations and Thank You for taking the time to stop in and Enter!

3.  The worst meal I ever made was the first time I made gravy and chicken and rice.  Disasters.  The dog wouldn't even touch the gravy.  I must say I can make a mean pot of gravy now though and chicken and rice too.  My first pot of chicken and rice was complete mush.

4. What is your favorite Easter candy?

5. Easter: do you go all out with the Easter Bunny or focus on the religious part of the holiday?

1.  What is your favorite Easter tradition?
My favorite thing is when the kids are all matching and taking the family photo.  It is hard to get the family to cooperate for a group photo, but usually on the holidays we can catch a few.  I just enjoy family time together when everyone is happy and having fun.
2.  Are you a "shower" or a "long, hot bath" kind of person?
I prefer a long hot bath to relax.  When in a hurry, or really hot a shower works GREAT though.
3.  Can you parallel park and if so when is the last time you did?
The last time I did oh gosh who knows.  I don't do it often for sure.
4.  What is your favorite Easter candy?  I love chocolate bunnies and Carmel filled eggs.
5. Do you go all out with the Easter Bunny or focus more on the religious part of the holiday?
Although, I value what this holiday represents we go all out with the Easter Bunny.  They are only little once after all.

#1 If you had the means to change one thing about the world, what would it be?
#2 I always feel guilty when …..
#3- Were you ever betrayed? Describe if you were able to forgive and forget, or not.
#4- Name five things you totally obsess about and why.

Hunger...My grandma always told me no matter what happens never let your child go to bed hungry.  I took it to heart and I never have.  I can not stand the thought of a little one wanting something to eat, and not being able to get a tummy full.

I always feel guilty when ...there is not enough of me to go around .  With three kids sometimes Daddy and I have to split the job, and one of us attend one child's event and the other go to the other child's event.  I always feel guilty that I can't be at both places at once .

Were you ever betrayed?  Describe if you were able to forgive and forget, or not.  Yes, forgave but will never forget.

Name 5 things you totally obsess about and why?
1.  Food I obsess about eating , about not eating it , about eating to much , dieting...oh Food
2.  Y&R and General Hospital I really Love my soaps I've been watching them since I was a kid so Yes they are a part of my day.  When I worked I recorded them and watched them in the evenings.  Now, I try to record them if I'm busy or whatever.  I'm not as bad obsessive since I can catch the next day being home usually.
3.  My children, I want them to be happy , healthy, successful, what mom doesn't want these things.  I make myself sick with worry when I think they are not.  I drive myself insane trying to make sure they have all of these things
4.  Social Media obsessively updating, checking , needing to find out what's going on in the world
5.  I obsess over the Holidays.  I want everyone to be happy, and everything to be perfect.  Everyone to get just what they want, have traditions , great photos , great memories.  So much so that usually after Christmas I sit and cry and get kind of depressed when it is all over.

Favorite Childhood Outfit

What is your favorite outfit you remember from your childhood and why?

Did you have a favorite shirt or piece of clothing you wore all the time?  I didn't have a favorite piece but my little brother had this ugly green shirt that he wore forever.  It was lime green and looked awful.  Finally, the shirt disappeared or he out grew it or something who knows it disappeared.

I didn't have a favorite ,but for some reason I would pick out these ugly dresses that were long, and just not that pretty at all.  Looking back at pictures I'm like Mom why did you let me wear that.  My mom says I was hard headed and would go off with my Granny and bring that stuff back.  Oh, well them ugly dresses didn't kill me, but I sure do not know what I was thinking.

My 12 year old when he was smaller would not give up his Batman cape .  He wanted to be Batman wherever he went for the longest time.

My daughter 14 has had several.  She had a green baseball cap she wanted to wear everywhere for the longest time.  She had a ugly clown sheet she wanted to tote for a bit.  Now she has a flip flop thing , but then again so do I suppose.

My husband had this pair of shorts when we got married.  They were ridiculous they literally were covered bottom to top with wholes.  I don't know what he was doing holding on to them thing.s  He was not happy we changed closets.

Stop in and leave me a comment can't wait to hear what your favorite piece of clohing will be.

Toddler Talk Thursday 4/22

This week’s topic is :
How are you helping to raise an eco-friendly toddler

Taking the time to do Earth friendly activities, and explain about life to your toddler teaches them the importance of being Eco friendly.  A child learns through example.

Eco Friendly Activities For Toddlers
When I first read the topic for this week I thought to myself WHAT am I ever going to say??  Then I thought about it.  Really, there are all kinds of things we do each day to teach our toddlers about the environment, the world, people, plants and animals.

*A trip to the Zoo teaches them about nature, wildlife and animals
C & C feeding the giraffes at the Jacksonville Zoo

*Taking a hike or walk: for toddlers keep it simple.  C and I just walked down the road recently and he loved it.  Little ones see things through different eyes than us.  He was so excited to see a squirrel on a tree, a woodpecker fly by and throw a rock.

*Let your toddler help with recycling.  My little Mister loves to throw things in the garbage.  So, I let him.  He can sort, and throw away just like the rest of us.  He may not understand the full reason why, but he has learned the concept.  The big kids schools have a huge dumpster out for newspapers/papers as a fundraiser for the schools.  He loves to put the newspapers in when we drive by.

*Reuse your trash for Crafts ~ well we Mamas all do this don't we?  Magazines for collages, egg cartons for paint holders, cars, flower pots all sorts of uses, reusing cereal boxes you name it.

here we reused our American Eagle shopping bags to make goodie bags for a Dinosaur play date

here we are reusing a toilet paper roll

*Plant a Garden ~ teach them about where the food comes from, soil, what plants need to live.

Just stepping outside brings in a whole new world to these  little ones.  Let them observe, explore and create you will find amazement.   Finding an Earth worm, digging in the dirt, planting a tree everything is an adventure to a toddler.

Here is a fun activity I posted this week for edible landfills.  It is a bit to advanced for a toddler to understand, but they'd enjoy helping older siblings and eating the final product.

Here we are reusing 2 liter bottles to make bird feeders =)  Happy Toddler Talk Thursday y'all its been fun.

My suggestion for a new topic:  Tips for washing your toddlers hair with no tears.  My C. hates to have his hair washed it turns into the biggest battle no matter what I try.  So, I would love to hear from some Mamas who have it down pat with no tears.

Have some Fun and Excercise with the Aerobie Flying Ring Review + Giveaway

We live in Florida, where the weather permits us to adventure outside most days.    As everyone knows it is important for us to get outdoors soak up some sun and exercise more.  Aerobie lets you have fun and get your exercise too.  I don't know about you, but this mom really likes that!!

I was sent the Aerobie Sprint Ring to review.  When I first saw it I wondered will my kids really do this?  It is so simple.   Well, boy was this mom surprised and delighted when not only were the kids running around the yard , but the family dog, and Dad too!  They had a great time and are already planning a beach day to take out the Aerobie!

Things I like about the Aerobie Sprint Flying Ring:

*Made in the USA
*Has a  rubber edge making it easy to catch
*built for ages 7 and Up (my 2 year old was able to play with it easily and I felt safe about it)
*light weight design
*flies GREAT

We took the Aerobie out in the evening this weekend.   First,  just my boys and the dog started out with it.  Karsen is 12 and Collin 2 and they both really enjoyed it.  Right away it ended up in a bush,  over our fence and in the neighbors yard, then some basic throwing around, and landed in a tree.  No, worries we got Dad.

Here are the boys playing

Here it is up in the tree, we now had to go get Dad for help.  He had to get it down with
a ladder and big pipe it went so high!    Then Dad  joined in on the fun with the boys.

If you look in the top left corner you will see the ring flying through the air where my 2 year old threw it.
Look at it Go!

Here again I am just amazed by how easily this flies!

My daughter 14 choose not to come outside and play with us.  However, my little guy loved it so much he toted it inside with us and before long they had a game going inside.  She says shes LIKES this.

That means the Aerobie Flying Sprint Ring was a winner with my entire gang!  They are already planning a trip to the beach to play with it.  A plus is the light weight feature which makes it easy to carry, just toss it into a backpack or bag and your ready to go.
