Gingerbread Pumpkin Trifles to Go

I made these Take along Trifles for Thanksgiving.
They would also be fun for Christmas Parties and Celebrations.

Needed:
clear cups
gingerbread cake (homemade or  box) prepared and cooled
cool whip
cream cheese
cinnamon
vanilla extract
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1/2 cup brown sugar

Super easy to make.  Set up an assembly line for your cups.
Mix brown sugar, cream cheese, pumpkin pie, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, together until smooth.
Make gingerbread cake and cool then crumble.
Layer cool whip, gingerbread , and cream cheese mix until you reach the top.
Put in the fridge until you are ready to go!
