Those of you who have fought the weight loss battle know that your relationship with your scale is a love hate relationship. When the numbers go down your loving that scale, and when they go up not so much. Weight is not the only measurement of success for a weight loss and exercise program.
Weight Watchers by Conair recently sent me the Conair Glass Body Analysis Scale to review. I am impressed with just how much information this scale gives you.
First , I really like that you can have multiple users and it saves your information under a #. I am P3 (person 3 ) on my scale, my husband and son being first because they could not wait to test it out. My husband has a love relationship with the scale, he has the perfect cholesterol, perfect sugar levels, and can EAT whatever awful food he would like and never gain a pound. EEK do you have someone like that in your life? My son has worked his but off all summer trying to put on a little bit of weight, and build muscle. He was quite excited to find out what information the scale would add about him. Then there is me who has that battle with the scale. I'm still trying to lose the weight from baby #3 and he' s 2 . I can look at that chocolate cake and it finds its way to my thighs. Anyone, else have that problem? This scale has a four user memory , so the whole family can use it minus our toddler. You save your height and age in as user information so it can accurately give you a reading.
This scale not only measures body weight, it also measures body fat, body water, bone mass, and BMI (body mass index). That is a lot of information. If you are like me and have a hate relationship with the scale this information could really help you on your weight loss journey. Even one number going down is an encouragement. After all each of these numbers make up what is going on in your body. I'm really excited to use this new scale with my family as we work together to become a healthier family.
The scale has a sleek, streamlined design along with a blue back light on the 1.9” LCD screen with 2 lines. It features impact-resistant tempered safety glass platform with stainless steel and includes bone mass analysis. The 12.2” x 12.8” scale has a 400 lb. capacity and includes long-life batteries. The Weight Watchers by Conair Glass Body Analysis Scale Model WW52 is available at Target, as well as at http://www.conair-store.com/ for an average retail price of $49.99.
