We painted brown bears with chocolate pudding. This was fun, and far less messy than what I imagined. It was almost like C wanted to save his pudding to eat instead of mess.
| Here is my guy painting his bear. Now here he is eating his pudding paint. We did a M & M sorting activity with a brown bear sheet. The colors of all of the animals works perfectly with a pack of M & Ms. Here is the link to the printable for the sorting sheet. I just printed it and slid it into a page protector. Worked our GREAT. We are saving it to do again later! of course Mama helped We made brown bear sticks for our busy bag. These are fun to play along with the book or to put the bears in order from largest to smallest. You can find the printable for these over at 1+1=1 We also did the file folder Brown Bear Matching game which I posted about last week. You can find that post here if you missed it. Kate at an amazing child is hosting a Birthday celebration for Eric Carle. We are linking up. Thanks Kate & thank you Eric Carle for the inspiration to share these great books and projects with our children! |
